Benefits of Sponsoring a Workshop

Participants learn the spiritual theme that the one thing that separates us from all other creatures on the planet is our ability to make a choice and that it is through our choices that we create our lives. Frequently we make our choices "unconsciously" as opposed to " consciously", especially when it come to money.

The workshop is also very practical in that every participant learns how to pay off all of their consumer debt in one to two years and then their mortgage in another four to five years, all with the money they are currently earning. Then to take that money that they were wasting on debt service and us it for their retirement security. Everyone receives an 18- page workbook and leaves with their own written plan as to when they will be out of debt and how much in assets they can accumulate by the age the want to retire.

Benefits to the church include:

Assists the church in its mission of providing programs that benefit both the membership and the community.
The Conscious Prosperity Workshop is a great community outreach program bringing in people from the community that might otherwise have not come in and exposing them to church principles.
Creates a financially stronger, stable membership and church.
Tithing is the first step taught in the Conscious Prosperity process.
Members that implement the Conscious Prosperity process become debtfree and are more inclined, and able, to provide financial support in addition to their tithe.
Promotes a high level of "prosperity consciousness" amongst the congregation as a whole. Participants are encouraged to teach others how to implement the process, as well as have mortgage burning celebrations at the church, either individually or as part of the annual "Burning Bowl Ceremony."
Board Members that participate are more inclined to support the church in becoming debtfree itself. Members that attended a more likely to support the Board in that goal.
Participants achieve a higher level of retirement assets than they otherwise would have following conventional financial planning techniques. Since the program was sponsored by the church, members are more inclined to include the church in their estates.
Fifty-Seven percent of divorces occur due to financial problems within the family, many due to excessive debt. Principles taught in the Conscious Prosperity program help the church keep family units intact.
The Conscious Prosperity debtfree, stress-free lifestyle allows members the freedom to volunteer for more church and community projects because they aren't worrying about "how they're going to pay the bills."
Members that implement Conscious Prosperity are better equipped to provide financial support for their children's education.
Participants can create a monthly Conscious Prosperity support group which encourages others to participate that might not have been able to attend the workshop.
Members who are younger feel more confident that they will have personal and financial freedom early in their lives. Those that are mid-aged are relieved and more hopeful that they will have personal and financial freedom when they choose to retire. And those that are close to or already retired will know that they will be able to live on whatever retirement income they will have available, because they are debtfree and own their home free and clear.
